Workshops

As in previous years, JISBD 2006 request proposals of workshops addressing different areas of Software Engineering and Databases. Workshops are intended to serve as an collaborative forum for exchanging the latest leading edge ideas and theories in an evolutionary stage. We encourage prospective workshop organizers to submit proposals for highly-interactive workshops, where participants can meet and discuss. As such, it is important to take into account that a workshop should not be considered as a mini-conference.

Tutorial proposals submission:

Tutorial proposals should include the following information:

  • Name of the tutorial.
  • Names, affiliations and organizers’ biography (identify a primary contact).
  • Abstract of the tutorial (200-250 words), including its major topics and goals, as well as its relevance to the JISBD community.
  • Intended audience.
  • Requested Audio/Video equipment, room capacity and organization, and materials.

Important Dates:

Tutorial proposal: March 1, 2006
Notification of acceptance: May 1, 2006

Proposals should be submitted to:
