Registration Fees
INTRODUCTORY COURSE
The fee includes: course documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and icebreaker party on Tuesday.

These fees include: workshop documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, icebreaker party, excursion and conference dinner. Students and IAMG members can apply for a reduced fee, by sending a proof of their condition (scanned membership card, university documentation, etc.). The accompanying person fee is intended for relatives coming with the attendee, and include neither the workshop documentation nor regular access to the scientific sessions.
Refund Policy: Paid registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80€ if a request is received in writing one month before the workshop (i.e. before April 10, 2011). Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
ABOUT ACCOMODATION BOOKING:
The approximate rates per person and night for accomodation at Eden Roc during the workshop are: 100 € for a double room in single use, or 80€ for double use (this is, 160€ per room). This includes half board (accomodation, breakfast, dinner) and access to the hotel spa services. Taxes are also included. Note that lunches are included in the workshop fees, also for accompanying people.
To benefit of these special conditions, booking should be done through the workshop organizing committee. To book one or more rooms, please send an email to edrreservas.codawork@upc.edu. Confirmation to the sender email address should be expected in around a week. Please specify type of room desired (single or double use), full name(s) of guest(s), and the dates of check-in and check-out.
Any incidence related to accomodation (cancellation, modification, etc.) should be communicated to the same e-mail address.
