The agency YES Meet will assist participants for booking accommodation and transportation to/from Venice.
Special rates have been negotiated for Coupled 2015 attendees who will reserve hotels through YES Meet.
Please note that the famous Biennale (56th International Art Exhibition) will run in Venice from May 9 to November 22, 2015. We suggest you plan your trip and make your room reservation a.s.a.p. as prices are expected to increase when getting near to these dates.
To Sleep on San Servolo island
The Conference has booked a block of rooms on San Servolo island.
The accommodation itself is situated in the island’s beautiful green parkland and all bedrooms have air conditioning, television, telephone and internet access. A twenty-four hour reception service is guaranteed. Guests may use the San Servolo Cafè and the San Servolo Restaurant.
