The deadline for booking of accommodation is May 5th., 2011.
CONGRESS HOTEL COMPLEX with 3 Hotels to choose from:
1 - Kipriotis Panorama Hotel 5* (500 meters walking distance from the venue)
2 - Kipriotis Village 4*Superior (100 meters walking distance from the venue)
3 - Kipriotis Hippocrates Hotel 4* (300 meters walking distance from the Venue)
The rates are per room on half board basis and expressed in Euro.
PANORAMA 5*: Double for Single use per night 135,00 (taxes included) and Double room per night 160,00 (taxes included)
4*sup/ VILLAGE: Double for Single use per night 130,00 (taxes included) and Double room per night 155,00 (taxes included)
4* HIPPOCRATES: Double for Single use per night 115,00 (taxes included) and Double room per night 135,00 (taxes included)
BED AND BREAKFAST:
Special rates are available for students in Kipriotis hotels, based on availability, on bed and breakfast basis (roulette room):
Single room 80,00 euro
Double room 90,00 euro
For reservations regarding other hotels than Kipriotis (headquarters hotels) the participants can email their request to the local travel agent: nostalgia@nostalgia.gr, attention Jacky or Kostas.

The Coupled Problems 2011 conference has secured discounted rates for the Conference period at Kipriotis hotels which are located next to Kos International Convention Centre (KICC), our Conference Venue. Sol Kipriotis Village Resort is adjacent to the conference venue. Kipriotis Maris Hotel is located across the street from KICC. Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites and Kipriotis Panorama Family are located 400m away from KICC on the hillside.
Due to the high demand of the summer months it will be wise to book your accommodation as early as possible. Kipriotis hotels will hold a block of rooms for our conference participants until Thursday, 5 May 2011. After that date, rooms will be offered on availability basis, for this reason we urge you to make your reservations in your soonest convenience. |
